The Army's most modern and newest museum, the $22.5 million
facility features film and video productions, interactive
displays, rare artifacts and dramatic life-size exhibits about
the history and adventures of airborne and special operations
units. Open 10am-5pm, Tuesday through Saturday, and Noon-5pm

Two historic museum houses depicting the daily life of early county settlers during the 1700 and 1800's. The McLendon
Cabin (circa 1760) is the county's oldest standing structure
in its original location. About a 15-20 min. drive from the Pinehurst
traffic circle. Operated by the Moore County Historical Association and the Friends of the Bryant House. Open for tours by appointment only. Free.
