Shop Small this Season & Small Business Saturday

Saturday, November 28, 2026, has been designated SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY, a day dedicated to supporting local small businesses that create jobs and boost the economy in Pinehurst and across the nation. Again, this year, the Village of Pinehurst has designated the entire week of Thanksgiving as Shop Small This Season.

As an added incentive, anyone who shops, dines, or receives services at a Village of Pinehurst* business between November 23-28, 2026, will be eligible for a chance to win gift baskets filled with items donated by local businesses. Simply bring proof of purchase to the George P. Lane Welcome Center during business hours to enter. Each eligible receipt from a Village of Pinehurst business earns one entry.

The George P. Lane Welcome Center is located at 90 Cherokee Road in the Theatre Building. During this promotion, our hours will be Monday – Friday (closed Thursday for Thanksgiving), 10:00 am - 4:00 pm, and Saturday, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm.

*Village of Pinehurst businesses include those located within the Village limits: Village Center, Linden Road, Midland Road, McIntyre/McCaskill Road area, and along Hwy 5.

Note: Participants must be 21 years or older to enter and be eligible for the prize drawings.
