Southern Pines, NC — Step back in time and experience the sights and sounds of the American Revolution at Drums of Liberty: Revolutionary War Weekend, taking place Saturday, June 27 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the historic grounds of Weymouth Center for the Arts & Humanities.This family-friendly event will transform the Weymouth grounds into a living Revolutionary War encampment, featuring historical reenactors from the 2nd and 6th North Carolina Regiments. Visitors can explore camp life, learn about the experiences of soldiers during the Revolutionary War, and enjoy demonstrations that bring this pivotal moment in American history to life.
