Calendar Guidelines:

Tourism-related events in Moore County, as well as select events outside the county (at the discretion of the Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Aberdeen Area CVB), may be listed for free in the Calendar of Events. Only events deemed by the CVB to be of interest to visitors to Moore County will be included. The CVB reserves the right to determine eligibility for inclusion on HomeofGolf.com, prioritizing events likely to generate overnight lodging stays. The website is not intended to function as a community calendar for events primarily geared toward local residents.

Blooming Art of the Sandhills

The Garden Club of the Sandhills will once again usher in the spring flowering season by hosting the 2025 “Blooming Art” exhibit at the historic Arts Council Galleries at Campbell House in Southern Pines. Our 2025 exhibit will feature professional floral designers, talented local garden club members and local artists.  Each will choose a painting or object d’art and create a floral arrangement interpreting the artwork.

Blooming Art is presented by the Garden Club of the Sandhills and the proceeds of this event will continue to provide support for many Moore County Horticultural Projects, including the SCC Horticulture Gardens and horticultural programs for the Boys and Girls Club of the Sandhills. Tickets are $20 and will be available at The Sandhills Women’s Exchange in Pinehurst and The Arts Council Galleries at Campbell House in Southern Pines. Tickets can be purchased online here and will also be available at the door.
