🧖🏻♀️: lakeviewatfontana in brysoncity is a former 1950s resort restored to a rustic-chic boutique spa hotel. There is a massage studio + treetop soaking cabanas with incredible views of the Great Smoky Mountains and Fontana Lake.
🧖🏻♀️: 20orange.spa is a modern, sleek spa in wilmingtoncoast that offers a variety of spa treatments, including rooftop massages with gorgeous views of the Cape Fear.
🧖🏻♀️: spa_at_fearrington in fearrington_village offers massages, facials, body treatments, and nail appointments. I had a delightful European facial featuring Elemis products.
🧖🏻♀️: The spa pinehurstresort in @ is one of my favorite places to spend an afternoon. Between the amenities, including the indoor pool and the smoothies the staff brings around, the spa treatments are exceptional.
🧖🏻♀️: thestablespa thehorseshoefarm in visithendersonvillenc is one of the most unique experiences! It features a sound bath, treatment rooms in the former horse stables, and sweeping views of the mountains, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea.
🧖🏻♀️: I haven’t been since the renovation, but I always love theumstead! It is a true treat and their amenities are world-class, including the outdoor pool on warm days or curling up in front of the fireplace with a good book on cooler days. I’m thrilled to visit next month.
