Instant Teams, committed to employing military spouses—the “force behind the force”—has excelled in remote hiring and team management since 2016. In downtown Southern Pines, their community space, Twelve Million Plus, offers military spouses a place to co-work and connect. Open Monday-Friday, 9 am–3 pm EST, it provides a platform to engage with local spouses and community partners, network with military-friendly organizations, and enjoy a kid-friendly office with free coffee. This initiative strengthens community bonds and supports the unique lifestyle of military families, embodying Instant Teams’ mission to empower and integrate the remarkable talent of military spouses into the workforce.
